A scheduled voice or video follow-up consultation (i.e. not an initial consultation) in which your current situation and progress is reviewed, feedback on CBT exercises is provided and any new goals set. This option allows you to schedule a time for either a one hour face to face Skype video call, voice call, interactive chat or phone conversation at a time convenient to you.
